Purposes of personal data processing and basis for data processing

The processing of your personal data takes place in order to:

  • to establish contact (based on your consent)
  • perform a contract and take steps necessary for the conclusion of a contract
  • informing you about the Administrator’s products and services.

Legitimate interest

The legitimate interest of the processing of your personal data is the marketing and provision of information about the products and services offered on the part of the Administrator and the assertion and defence of claims.

Data retention period/ criteria for determining this period

Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the provision of the services and for the period necessary to comply with the obligations imposed on the Controller, by law.

In the case of personal data processed on the basis of consent, the data will be processed for the duration of the consent and after the expiry of the security copy retention period (30 days).

Rights

The detailed scope of your rights as a data subject (the so-called “data subject”) is set out in Chapter III of the GDPR entitled “Rights of the data subject”. You are entitled at any time to request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data and to object to processing. You are also entitled to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (President of the Data Protection Authority). Where processing is carried out on the basis of consent, revocation is possible at any time and does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before revocation.

The provision of personal data is necessary for the provision of the service and failure to provide such data will result in the denial of the service, including the impossibility of making contact.
